Dear Mandel Vision Patients:
We at Mandel Vision hope you have been able to stay safe and sane during these unprecedented times. Dr. Mandel has been fielding phone calls and seeing our active post-op patients while the main office has been closed.
We are in the process of re-opening our office, although in a more limited fashion. This will be a phased approach. We are scheduling fewer patients, and attempting to put patients into exam rooms as soon as possible, to help facilitate social distancing. We are asking everyone to be patient as we navigate our way through unchartered waters.
The safety of our patients and staff members is our main priority. If you have been ill in the last two weeks, especially with a respiratory illness or fever, please do not come to the office. Also, we request that you bring your own face mask, scarf, bandana, or other covering for your nose and mouth. If available, please also bring hand sanitizer. Everyone will be required to cover their nose and mouth prior to entering the office and either use hand sanitizer or wash their hands upon entering the office.
If you are an active post-operative patient, a patient looking to schedule a future surgery, or are interested in finding out if you are a candidate for laser vision correction, we are now scheduling appointments for May. If you do not have an urgent problem, you may also schedule an appointment, keeping in mind that appointment times are limited.
Thank you for understanding as we return to what we at Mandel Vision love to do, care for our patients.
In Good Health,
Dr. Mandel and The Mandel Vision Team
