This month’s Featured Eye Health Tip
The FDA has approved a first-of-its-kind nasal spray to treat chronic dry eye disease. Tyrvaya is a cholinergic agonist, and works by activating a nerve pathway that can increase the amount of tear film that normally helps lubricate the eye.* This is great news for patients with dry eye syndrome who have tried other therapies without success.
What is the iDesign Refractive Studio and how does it help achieve better results with LASIK and PRK?
The iDesign Refractive Studio is the latest generation in customized LASIK treatments. Mandel Vision is proud to be the first practice in New York to offer this state-of-the-art technology to our LASIK patients. This technology uses a proprietary INSIDE+OUT approach that combines both corneal topography measurements and wavefront analysis.
