After your PRK surgery, you will be escorted to the post-operative room where Dr. Mandel will examine you. One of our laser consultants will educate you on our post-operative instructions. You will receive a kit with your drops, sunglasses, goggles, and written instructions. We will schedule a visit for the following day to check up on you. You will then be advised to go home and close your eyes for the next 4 to 6 hours. Dr. Mandel will call you that evening to see how you are feeling and answer any questions you may have.
